• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Course Enrolment and Access

• Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access the course materials.
• Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrolment.
• Sharing login credentials or reselling course content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.
• Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified on our refund policy page.
• If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. User Conduct
   You agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of course materials.
• Use our platform for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course content, logos, and trademarks are the property of BIM WALA.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We provide our services “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

• BIM WALA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
• No refunds will be issued for terminations due to policy violations.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Indian Contract Act, 1872:.
